PartnersSemanticBits works well in highly-collaborative efforts. We've worked on projects with cancer centers, cooperative groups, and industry partners. We work together during at the beginning of the projects (Inception and Elaboration phases) to develop the initial use cases, plan the scope of the project, and start gathering requirements. During the Construction phase we meet frequently (at least weekly, if not daily) to continue requirement development and then constant testing as features are iteratively released. We've found that open and continuous communication is extremely important in this type of development environment and have developed excellent working relationships with all our collaborators and partners.
